The MBORMC® FD04 is an accordion folding insect screen that can be manufactured as an entry screen door or as a window screen. The mesh is 304# stainless steel folding mesh — pleated, spring-loaded, and built to hold its shape through years of daily opening and closing. Installation is no-drill: no holes in your door frame, nothing to patch when you move out.
When the screen is open, it folds into a compact stack at one side of the frame — out of the way, out of sight. When closed, the pleated fold creates a continuous barrier across the full opening. Custom-made to your exact dimensions and shipped worldwide.

304# Stainless Steel Folding Mesh
The pleated mesh is woven from 304# stainless steel — rust-resistant in humid and coastal climates, and far more resistant to tearing, sagging and pet claws than nylon or fiberglass pleats. It holds a crisp fold instead of drooping over time.
Accordion Pleated Design
The pleated structure is what makes the screen work: it stretches taut across the full opening when closed, and compresses into a few centimeters of stack when open. One continuous barrier, no sliding track to jam, no gap at the edges.

📐 How to Measure Your Entry Door for a Folding Screen
Accurate measurements are essential for a perfect custom fit. Follow these two methods to get it right. Measure twice, order once.
Method 1: Surface-Mount (Overlay Installation)
Measure the outside edge of the door frame — width from left outer edge to right outer edge, height from top outer edge to bottom threshold.
Method 2: Reveal-Fit (Inside-Mount Installation)
Measure the inside opening of the door frame — inner width from jamb to jamb, inner height from top inside to sill or floor.
Pro Tip: For accuracy, measure at three points (top, middle, bottom for width; left, center, right for height) and use the smallest measurement.
Retractable Roll-Up Screen Door & Window Screen
If your opening needs a screen that rolls straight up and disappears into a housing, the H05 is the alternative. Same aluminum alloy frame construction, but built around PET fiber mesh on a roll-up mechanism instead of a pleated fold. It is screw-mounted rather than no-drill, which makes it the better choice for high-traffic patio doors where maximum stability matters.
